Participant Experiences
“One of my favourite things is the creativity we get to share. We’ve had some really fun sessions where people bring their art, craft projects, or personal creative work to share. Whether it’s knitting, painting, or journaling, there’s something so grounding about expressing ourselves through art. It’s also a great way to connect with one another in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
I’ve seen how the space has created room for open, honest conversations. We talk about everything—political issues, global events, and personal matters. We dive into spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional well-being, and there’s never a shortage of things to discuss. What’s so beautiful about it is that everyone’s voice is heard and respected, even if you just want to listen, it’s your space and choice – no pressure.”
